With over 12 years of experience engaged in all facets of the mortgage process, Alaina has found her calling as a Business Development Officer for The Gervais Team. Alaina’s passion is getting to know and developing relationships with individuals – inside and outside of work. Focusing on building trust with agents, clients and members of the real estate community, Alaina is a professional home buying and financing matchmaker.
You’ll experience sparks of Alaina throughout the home financing experience; and beyond. Marketing, gifting and events are her strongpoints.
In her free time, Alaina enjoys spending time with her husband Keith, and their two spunky kiddos. A fitness fanatic, Alaina can be found competing with herself in the gym or pounding the pavement in Arizona’s year-round sunshine. Whether it’s parenting, working out, or meeting with referral partners – Alaina is always all-in.
Keith ‘Beef’ Gervais

With exceptional attention to detail, a passion to serve others and a willingness to go above and beyond – Keith Gervais is eager to make his mark in the mortgage world. As a fly on the wall to his wife’s successful ten-year career in the industry, Keith was inspired to make the transition to help others by providing borrowers home financing options that cater to their lifestyle and needs. A self-proclaimed numbers guy, Keith is the loan originator we all deserve.
When Keith is not working Excel sheets and materializing others’ dreams, you can find him spending time with his family in the Valley of the Sun. Keith’s kids are his world; coaching his sons little league baseball teams, or shining on stage with his dancing daughter have become his favorite past times.

Powerful words from one of our clients in early 2023 that inspired our journey towards a more customer-centric approach. We made a deliberate choice to transition from the mortgage lender world, with its high margins, to embrace the mortgage broker world. Our mission was to create a seamless, low overhead experience that would benefit our clients with better rates and more efficient processes.
Despite the transition, we've retained the same personal touch, commitment to exceptional service, and thoughtful gestures that our clients have grown accustomed to. What's different now is that we have expanded our capabilities, allowing us to compare mortgage options across a dozen different wholesale outlets. As a result, we can offer our clients and agent partners a wide range of choices, tailored to their unique needs.
